Abby's expertise helps to support Secure Poultry Supply plans as a co-writer, producer, editor, and featured speaker in outreach video series educating poultry producers and backyard poultry owners about applied biosecurity, Danish entry requirements, and newly required NPIP Biosecurity auditing. She has worked in the development of biosecurity outreach tools and technologies such as the Biosecure Entry Education Trailer (BEET) which are used to educate producers of multiple livestock and poultry industries, as well as the the web-based Poultry Disease Planning Tool. Her research and outreach interests include forage production, online learning and programming for women in agriculture.
