MARGRET TUISALO'O

Background

Margret is a Research Professional with the Secure Food Systems Team. She started her career with the University of Minnesota in 1998 with the Department of Veterinary Population Medicine as an Administrative Assistant. She later worked in the Large Animal Hospital for two years before moving on to the Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory as an Executive Administrative Assistant in the front office.  She also worked in the Laboratory receiving section and did various receipts and shipping of animal tissue, feces, blood samples delivered/dropped off at the lab.  She also worked with the Veterinary Diagnostic Lab Quality Central Team to assist with external and internal Quality Assurance audits and documentation/meeting preparations.
